  • Free 15-Minute Consultation: We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and how hypnotherapy can help.

  • Hypnotic Conditioning Recording: A pre-session recording to prepare your mind for optimal results.

  • Personalized RTT Session (90-120 minutes): A powerful, tailored session to uncover and rewire negative thought patterns.

  • Customized Transformation Recording (15 minutes): Listen daily for 30 days to solidify positive changes.

  • Follow-Up Session (30 minutes): Two weeks post-session to assess progress and ensure lasting results.

What to Expect with an RTT session 

Online sessions are confidential and private.

Discovery

Free 15-minute consultation call so I answer any questions you have and learn about your goals. 

Session

I will guide you into hypnosis to uncover core issues, release those beliefs, and begin reprograming new ones that align with your goal. 

7 Days Post-Session

 I will check in via email and follow up with your progress. 

Pre-Session

You will complete a detailed intake form and receive a relaxation hypnosis recording so you can practice being in a hypnotic state.

Post-Session

You will receive a personalized transformational recording to support the work done during our time together.

2-3 Weeks Post-Session

We will meet again for a 30 minute Zoom meeting to review your progress and answer any questions.
