I'm a certified RTT® Practitioner, Mindfulness Mentor, and Public Speaker, dedicated to helping people overcome physical, mental, and emotional challenges. The opportunity to witness the remarkable transformations of those I work with is truly one of the most fulfilling aspects of my life. Outside of my professional work, I’m grateful for my wonderful husband, Jason, and our energetic yet loving two boys who bring so much joy to our lives.

My healing story began in October 2022 when I injured my neck, triggering vertigo. Although the vertigo passed, I was left with persistent dizziness and diagnosed with Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (3PD). Along with physical symptoms, overwhelming anxiety took over, leading to sleepless nights and depression. The anxiety became so intense that even simple activities like sitting with my family became unbearable. After five months of medical leave, I was desperate for answers.

 

I tried everything—doctors, psychologists, and even traditional hypnotherapy, but nothing brought lasting relief. In June 2023, I discovered RTT® (Rapid Transformational Therapy), which helped me access my subconscious mind to release the limiting beliefs keeping me trapped in fear. RTT® was a powerful catalyst for change, unlocking the immense healing potential of my mind.

 

Through RTT®, I reprogrammed my mind with empowering beliefs that not only supported my emotional recovery but also contributed to my physical healing. I realized that true healing wasn’t just about treating the body, it was about transforming the mind. As I shifted my mindset, I broke free from anxiety and regained control over my emotions.

 

This experience revealed the profound connection between mind and body. By changing my thoughts and beliefs, I was able to influence my physical health and emotional state. What started as a traumatic injury has now become a turning point, leading me to a path of growth, resilience, and strength
